Our return policy spans 14 working days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your item was delivered, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.

To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged. We may request evidence, such as pictures, to assess the situation before arranging a return. If your return is approved, the replacement item or part will be dispatched as soon as it’s in stock from the manufacturers.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon approval of your return, the refund will be processed. The credited amount will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 working days. We also offer refunds in the form of store credit.

Alternatively we can arrange for collection.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
